Troon Village and Troon North are master-planned communities within Northern Scottsdale that set a new standard for the golf lifestyle. Scottsdale Unified School District's jurisdiction is mainly south of the Troon communities; the district operates 34 campuses throughout the Phoenix-Scottsdale region.
